Estimated Shipping charges:

Our minimum shipping charge is $12.99 for all orders. All orders will be estimated at 10% of the total order amount for UPS or FedEx ground shipping.

Large and heavy parts (bumper covers, hoods, fenders, ect.) as well as parts that require a dimensional weight charge may exceed the estimated 10% shipping cost.

In all such cases that freight exceeds the estimated shipping price, you will be notified for pre-approval prior to your order being processed. The freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier.

Hoods, bumper covers, fenders, ect. range in shipping from $100.00 to $600.00 for each, depending on your location.

 

UPS Three Day Air
Estimated Shipping charges:

Our minimum shipping charge is $21.00 for all orders. All orders will be estimated at 15% of the total order amount for UPS Three Day shipping.

Large and heavy parts (bumper covers, hoods, fenders, ect.) as well as parts that require a dimensional weight charge may exceed the estimated 15% shipping cost.

In all such cases that freight exceeds the estimated shipping price, you will be notified for pre-approval prior to your order being processed. The freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier.

 

UPS Second Day
Estimated Shipping charges:

Our minimum shipping charge is $24.00 for all orders. All orders will be estimated at 20% of the total order amount for UPS Second Day shipping.

Large and heavy parts (bumper covers, hoods, fenders, ect.) as well as parts that require a dimensional weight charge may exceed the estimated 20% shipping cost.

In all such cases that freight exceeds the estimated shipping price, you will be notified for pre-approval prior to your order being processed. The freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier.

 

UPS Next Day
Estimated Shipping charges:

Our minimum shipping charge is $30.00 for all orders. All orders will be estimated at 25% of the total order amount for UPS Next Day shipping.

Large and heavy parts (bumper covers, hoods, fenders, ect.) as well as parts that require a dimensional weight charge may exceed the estimated 25% shipping cost.

In all such cases that freight exceeds the estimated shipping price, you will be notified for pre-approval prior to your order being processed. The freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier.

 

USPS International Mail
Estimated Shipping charges:

Our minimum shipping charge is $35.00 for all orders. All orders will be estimated at 30% of the total order amount for USPS International Mail shipping.

Large and heavy parts (bumper covers, hoods, fenders, ect.) as well as parts that require a dimensional weight charge may exceed the estimated 30% shipping cost.

In all such cases that freight exceeds the estimated shipping price, you will be notified for pre-approval prior to your order being processed. The freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier.

The buyer is responcible for all customs charges.

 

OVERSIZE ITEMS: Including all body parts and or interior pieces, require extra shipping charges due to weight and dimensions. We will contact you by e-mail to inform you of oversize or heavy part shipping charges. Your order may be delayed if we do not hear back from you in a timely manner.

Not all discontinued and/or older parts are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts. They are considered "Final Sale."

Some parts may need to be special ordered as they may not be in-stock and/or readily available for immediate shipment. Special order parts are not returnable.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping and/or return terms and policies as outlined on our site.

We reserve to right to correct or adjust the shipping charges as needed.


Returns Policy

No refunds after 30 days and without your invoice. If your order does NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered! No returns on electrical, special ordered parts and accessory parts. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns that are from miss-ordering. Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN THROUGH THE SITE:

1. Login with your username and password (usually found in your email notifications)

2. Go to Order Status

3. Select the Order Number in your order history list (Click on the actual number)

4. Select the item(s) you want to return

5. Click on Submit

* Remember all returns are automatically pending until the receiving department inspects your return

HOW TO RETURN THROUGH A SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. Parts must be returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging and be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice. All shipments must be prepaid. COD shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.

Core Returns

Some of the parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Cores need to be returned in their original packaging. You must also include a copy of the original invoice. Upon receiving the core back at our facility, a credit for the full core amount will be issued. Core charges are most often associated with starters, generators, converters, and ECM/BCM modules. Damaged cores are non-refundable (i.e. broken starter or alternator housings, converter assemblies that have been cut etc...) If you have questions concerning whether or not the part you are ordering has a "core charge" feel free to contact one of our Internet Parts Specialists and they will be able to tell you if one applies. It is the customers responsibility to ship the core back for credit. Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.

Performance Parts Warranty Disclaimer

Due to the nature and intended usage, Performance Parts (except for engines and partial engines) are sold without any express or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, damage or loss to property and consequential damage. Installation of Performance Parts may adversely affect the New Vehicle Warranty.
